Overhaul Fucking Everything

Move everything into the mono-repo and consolidate all the random discrepancies, such as:

  • random ORMs used throughout ( well drizzle was backed into the admin already but still)
  • update everything to use ecosystem.config.cjs pm2 conf files
  • Update all documentation so it’s accurate
