The Control Plane is a privileged Next.js application that manages core platform state and workflows.

It is used for day-to-day operations, not emergencies only.

Responsibilities

• Asset creation and moderation (emotes, badges)
• Billing visibility and management
• User management
• Chatbot and automation configuration
• Featured content management
• Projections and reporting

Authority Model

The Control Plane:

• executes business logic
• mutates authoritative data
• may bypass realtime pipelines
